Welcome to TamaBuddy

If you've never met a Tamagotchi, here's the short version: it's a tiny, egg-shaped digital pet you hatch and care for. It needs food when it's hungry, attention when it's lonely, and a clean home when things get messy. Ignore it long enough and it lets you know. There's a real little life in there — that's the whole point.

Tamagotchi has been around since 1996, and by 2025 more than 100 million units had sold worldwide — and the grown-ups who grew up on keychains are buying them again. That's partly nostalgia, partly the kidult collectors' market, and partly something softer: caring for a simple little creature feels like honest comfort in a busy world.
